How we decide
Two rules we will not blur. The lists follow them.
Gluten-free on this site means a dedicated kitchen, and only when the shop says so on a page it controls. A labeled tray in a mixed case is not enough.
Vegan means the shop says the item, or the bakery, is vegan. Directories disagree. We don't.
