How we decide
The two rules behind the vegan and gluten-free lists.
Gluten-free
On this site, gluten-free means a dedicated kitchen, and a shop only gets the label when it says so on a page it controls. A labeled tray sitting in a mixed case won't get a shop on the list.
Vegan
Vegan means the shop itself says the item, or the whole bakery, is vegan. Directories disagree about this all the time, so we go with what the shop says.
